Preston Social Work
& Clinical Counselling
About
At Preston Social Work and Clinical Counselling, I provide compassionate, evidence-informed therapeutic support for individuals and families living with disability, mental health challenges, and emotional difficulties. I specialise in working with young people and adults who experience anxiety, low motivation, or disengagement from education and the community. I support them to build confidence, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections. With over 10 years of experience in social work supporting individuals and families, I walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and a person-centred approach, ensuring you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

How I work
Outreach Support – In-home or Online
I offer counselling and social work support in a way that is flexible, comfortable, and centred around your choice and control. My services are outreach-based, meaning I can provide therapy in your home, within a familiar and safe environment. This can be especially helpful if leaving home feels difficult, overwhelming, or if you feel more at ease in your own space.
I also offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams, giving you the option to access support from anywhere while still receiving the same quality of care.My focus is on making therapy accessible and stress-free, supporting you to build skills, improve wellbeing, and work towards your goals including NDIS goals in a way that suits your lifestyle. You can choose the setting that feels right for you, and I’ll support you at your pace.
