Mountain Ridge Landscape

I provide professional social work services to support NDIS participants to strengthen their independence, wellbeing, and community participation. My support focuses on building capacity across areas such as emotional wellbeing, social connection, daily functioning, advocacy, and access to appropriate supports and services.

Social Work Therapy

I work collaboratively with participants to identify goals, strengthen natural supports, navigate complex systems, and overcome personal and environmental barriers. Using a person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, I support participants to improve confidence, develop practical coping and life skills, and actively engage in their home, community, education, and work environments.
